Donation Request Form

Each year Broadway Rental Equipment Company and Broadway Party & Tent Rental are pleased to do our part to help support a number of community activities through contributions. A major part of our business is renting equipment to help with the success of fundraising events! There are many wonderful worthy events & requests became so numerous they exceed our capabilities, that we created a process to help us choose where we donate. The purpose of this form is not to deter donations, but to determine if we’re able to make a contribution. Thank you for your cooperation & understanding. If a donation’s granted, this authorizes Broadway Rental to use the organization’s name as a donation recipient in any Broadway Rental advertising. Responses may take 4 to 6 weeks.
